One of the Hotel Eden’s greatest strengths is its cuisine: Chef Fabrizio has been lovingly preparing every meal for over 20 years, offering excellent quality entrées typical of the Emilia Romagna region. The abundant sweet and savoury breakfast, served in the room overlooking the sea, consists of homemade pastries, yoghurt, cereals, jams, and a wide range of cold cuts and cheeses. The rich sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is based on homemade cakes and pastries, yoghurt, cereals, jams, and a vast assortment of cold cuts and cheeses. At lunch and dinner, you can choose between 4 menus based on meat and fresh fish, as well as a buffet with a wide variety of appetisers, vegetables, ice creams and desserts. Tasty and genuine children’s menus.
