One of the Imperial Sport Hotel’s greatest strengths is its traditional Marche and Mediterranean cuisine, both of which are reinterpreted with a modern twist, and are best enjoyed overlooking the sea. The Chef always seeks out the best fresh local products, and places a particular focus upon seasonal ingredients. The pastry chefs produce sweet and savoury delicacies for both breakfast and dessert. For lunch there’s a large buffet with grilled meats and seafood, and dinner is served directly at the table. There are also plenty of gala evenings by the pool, with tastings of typical local products, as well as crêpes, ice cream, and cotton candy. For younger guests there are genuine children’s menus, featuring pasta with tomato sauce or white meat sauce, homemade hamburgers, fresh de-boned fish, and vegetables. From June to September, children can eat at the table with the entertainment staff. For parents with infants, there are weaning menus available, with soups, broths, pasta, and meat and fish smoothies. Dishes can also be prepared for those with special dietary needs or food intolerances, upon request.
