The hotel in two words

Hotel Meridianus in Lignano Sabbiadoro is located a few minutes on foot from the private beach, which you can reach with a short walk in the shade of the green pine forest. A large, well-equipped lido, also perfect for a holiday with the children, thanks to the fine sand, shallow waters and gently sloping seabed, where a beach umbrella, two sun loungers and entertainment for the children await you.

The hotel, surrounded by a huge park, has a 25 m semi-Olympic swimming pool always in the sun and heated to 28° C. When needed, it can be enclosed by glass, so that it can be used in every period of the year. The poolside kiosk and the solarium with sun loungers and beach umbrellas are pleasant spaces for enjoying some well-deserved relaxation. Otherwise, you can make time to recharge your batteries at the modern 450 m² Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, massages and treatments.

If you’re on holiday with your children, you can choose the comfortable Family Suites and ask the Chef to make baby foods and broths for weaning, while older children will be offered simple, genuine baby menus.

Double rooms

The Double Rooms are simple and functional. They can also be used as single rooms or as triples, by adding a cot. They have a private bathroom with shower and a small balcony, looking out onto the beautiful garden or the pool.

Family Suites

Spacious family rooms for up to 4 people, consisting of two rooms: a double and a smaller room, where a bed or a cot can be added, to ensure comfort and privacy for every member of the family. The Family Suites have two terraces.

Adjoining rooms

The largest rooms in the hotel, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a lot of space while on holiday! The Adjoining Rooms have a double room and a smaller room, both each with its own bathroom.

Enjoy the best of traditional Mediterranean and Friulian cuisine, in the exquisite and always different second courses of meat and fish, cooked by Chefs with creativity and experience. Water, beer and house wine are always included with meals and the hotel also has a rich wine list of regional wines to accompany and enhance every recipe.

If you’d rather eat something light, maybe in the garden, you can have a snack with a soft drink, which are served in the kiosk near the pool, where Fanta and Coca Cola are also available from 9:30 am to 7 pm.

There is a specific Baby Menu for children, based on simple, genuine and balanced dishes. If you’re on holiday with your children during the weaning phase, the kitchen staff is available to cook baby foods, broths and purées.
